Very cozy and spacious 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condos at the north end of Playa del Carmen. The Meridian is located on First Avenue and Calle 42 Norte, 1.5 blocks from Coco beach and one block from the famous Quinta Avenida (5th Ave.), fully pedestrian with great shopping spots, restaurants, and bars. The building has a total of 32 condos.
Units count with 2 bedrooms each with its own private full bathroom. The master bedroom with a king-size bed and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and for extra sleeping space, sofa bed in the living room. A half bath is in the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room area. All the necessary amenities are provided for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool is located on the rooftop (4th floor). There is an assigned private parking space for each condo.
